Revolut Transfer Tracker — Status Guide

Revolut does not expose a public tracker. Status is only visible inside the Revolut app or web banking. International (SWIFT) transfers also carry a UETR you can track separately on OhMyFin free.

How to check your Revolut transfer

Revolut does not offer a public lookup by reference — a transfer's status is only visible to the signed-in sender inside Revolut's own app. We can't fetch it for you, so here is exactly where to find it, plus the meaning of every status further down this page.

In the app:Revolut app → Home → tap the transaction for the full timeline.

What each status means

Authorised / Funds receivedProvider has confirmed the sender's payment and queued the transfer.
In progress / In transitProvider is processing or routing the funds to the receiver.
Ready for pickupCash transfers waiting at the agent for the receiver to collect.
Delivered / Received / CompletedReceiver has the funds in their account, wallet or cash in hand.
Action needed / HeldSender must take action — usually ID upload, source-of-funds question or payout-partner outage.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track a Revolut transfer without the app?

No. Revolut requires sign-in to its app or web banking. If your transfer used SWIFT, OhMyFin can track the SWIFT leg by UETR for free.

What do Revolut transfer statuses mean?

"Pending" = waiting for processing. "Processing" = funds dispatched. "Completed" = beneficiary credited. "Reverted" = the transfer bounced back (usually wrong account details or sanctions block).

Where do I find the UETR on a Revolut SWIFT transfer?

Open the transaction in the Revolut app → Show statement / receipt PDF → look for a 36-character UUID-format reference. Paste it into OhMyFin to track the SWIFT leg.

My Revolut transfer is stuck on Processing — what now?

For Revolut's side: contact in-app chat. For the SWIFT leg: paste the UETR into OhMyFin to see which correspondent bank currently holds the funds.
